The hotel has a great location in the city center. Brigade Road and MG Road are very close to the stay. The staff at the front desk was amazing, as were the staff for in-room dining and housekeeping. The breakfast was also great with a wide range of options.

I found the staff great. They promptly addressed all my needs. The hotel is within walking distance of Brigade Road (great for shopping!) and nearby restaurants. Mynt's a la carte menu offered diverse and affordable options.
The gym equipment could use some updating to meet modern standards.

indian dishesold equipmentceiling damage
the breakfast was acceptable with a variety of indian dishes.
the gym was quite disappointing (it needs serious attention). the equipment seemed old and some of it was rusty. i also noticed leaks and damage to the ceiling tiles. it didn't feel like a space befitting a hotel of this supposed calibre.
